URMOND – A Dutch firm claims that reducing the impact of monomer production at industrial scale, improves the carbon footprint of synthetic, nylon-based textiles much more significantly than recycling them. The company is now working with European nylon suppliers along with the packaging sector to help reduce the footprint of various nylon-based products.
