BMW Motorrad has unveiled the naked version of their M 1000 RR superbike for 2023.
The M 1000 R uses much of the superbike as its base but strips it all down to the bare essentials to go against Ducati’s Streetfighter V4 SP, KTM’s 1290 Super Duke R, Aprilia’s Tuono V4 Factory and Triumph’s venerable Speed Triple 1200.
Weighing in at a claimed 438 lb wet with 205 hp on tap, the M 1000 R will retail for $21,345 MSRP and be available in January 2023.
