The commonly used codes for pure aluminum plate series are 1050, 1060, and 1100. Among all aluminum plate series, pure aluminum plate series belongs to a series with more aluminum content. The purity can reach more than 99.00%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is a series commonly used in conventional industries. Most of the 1050 and 1060 series are currently on the market.

2xxx series alloy aluminum plate: represents 2A16 (LY16), 2A06 (LY6). The 2xxx series aluminum plate is characterized by high hardness, and the original content of copper is relatively high, about 3-5%. 2xxx series aluminum sheets belong to aviation aluminum materials, which are not often used in conventional industries.

3xxx series alloy aluminum plate:

mainly represents 3003 aluminum plate, 3004 aluminum plate and 3A21 aluminum plate. 3xxx series aluminum plate is mainly composed of manganese element, and the content is between 1.0-1.5%. It is a series with better anti-rust function. It is commonly used in humid environments such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and car bottoms. The price is higher than the 1xxx series. It is a more commonly used alloy series.

4xxx series alloy aluminum plate:

the representative is 4A01. It belongs to the series with higher silicon content. Usually the silicon content is between 4.5-6.0%. It belongs to building materials, mechanical parts, casting materials, welding materials; low melting point, good corrosion resistance

5xxx series alloy aluminum plate: 

represents 5052 aluminum plate, 5005 aluminum plate, 5083 aluminum plate, 5A05 aluminum plate series. 5xxx series aluminum plate belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. also known as aluminum-magnesium alloy

6xxx series alloy aluminum plate: 

represents 6061 aluminum plate, 6063 aluminum plate. It mainly contains two elements of magnesium and silicon, so it concentrates the advantages of 4xxx series and 5xxx series. 

7xxx series alloy aluminum plate: 

stands for 7075. Mainly contains zinc. It also belongs to the aviation series. It is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat-treatable alloy, and a super-hard aluminum alloy with excellent wear resistance. The 7075 aluminum plate is stress-relieved and will not be deformed or warped after processing.
