Once you have enabled the Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge, click on the Reading Preferences option. You will then be required to select the language you wish to translate the text to. Then, click on the option to Translate entire page button, which is found at the bottom of the menu.

You will need to click on the Grammar tools to access these features. This will provide you with an array of options such as highlighting different parts of speech and even separating syllables. The grammar tools are turned off by default, so you will need to turn them on according to your needs or the goal you aim to achieve.
